About Shak

A certified Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor with training in pre and postnatal care, based in Chorlton and Stretford.

I believe in creating a supportive and inclusive environment for everybody, where you leave feeling energised, more mobile and stronger!

The best part of being a Pilates instructor? When clients finally see the principles of Pilates coexist with their own movement. When you see the mind-body connection finally kick in and clients feel empowered by a better understanding of their bodies and newfound ability to control it - it’s the best feeling ever.
